It's been literally years since I've posted! Yes I am still running. It's been a tricky few years for running in my life, but a fantastic time in other ways. Update soon.

Steve Lafler is a grumpy middle aged runner. A high school standout and college mid-pack guy in the mile/1500, Steve now prefers the Half Marathon/Marathon distances. In his day job he is a cartoonist and painter.

I started competing as a high school freshman in 1972. I ran my first half marathon in 2015, and my first marathon in 2019 at age 62. Running and competing is still huge fun to me!
